About This Beer
To craft this 2024 vintage, Gigantic started by brewing a huge Barleywine with just one malt: Skagit Pilot. They let it boil for over eight hours to create a chewy, rich, ruby-hued brew, then aged it in Angel’s Envy Bourbon barrels for luxurious accents of woody spice and whiskey vanilla.
Tasting Notes
Decadent currents of sugary dates, golden caramel, and bright oak course through each sip. Swirls of crème brûlée carry after until a gorgeous, tannic whiskey finish with little hint of the big 14.3% ABV.
