About This Beer
To craft this variant of MASSIVE!, Gigantic started by brewing a huge Barleywine with just one malt, Skagit Wintmalt, and letting the beer boil for over eight hours for a chewy, rich, ruby-hued brew. Then they aged it in Islay Scotch barrels for strong accents of charred oak and whiskey vanilla.
Tasting Notes
Decadent currents of sugary dates, golden caramel, and smokey peat course through each sip. Swirls of vanilla and woody spice carry after until a gorgeous, tannic whiskey finish.
