About This Beer
To make this refresher, Ash & Elm Cider Co. took a tangy Cider base and added oodles of Sweet Gem watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew fresh from their pals at Hackman Family Farm.
Tasting Notes
The Great Lakes International Cider and Perry Competition multi-medalists expertly balanced all that lush juice with the tart pome fruit. Honeydew aromas bounce out of the glass, while ripe watermelon takes the lead in each crisp, effervescent taste.

Scent of honeydew. Light-bodied. Apple blends nicely with the melon flavors. Flavor is reminiscent of a watermelon sour beer, with that distinctive Jolly Rancher quality. Finishes with a distinct honeydew flavor. Neither sweet nor tart or dry.
