I’m not usually an IPA type of guy, but Mind the Hop really opened my eyes to what a great IPA is capable of! MtH has a good balance of bitterness with a citrusy bite! Good stuff!

Dinner run edition. Rich n thick, lotsa Citra juiciness. But a warm…chocolatey? undertone confuses me. Mutes the Citra in a way. Huh.
