About This Beer
The expert crew at Hop Butcher took a soft-bodied Double IPA and hopped it with a blend of Mosaic and Sabro that tasters are calling “dialed in so perfectly” and “ingenious.”
Tasting Notes
The team explains that this batch gets its huge resinous tones from especially high levels of piney aroma compounds in the crop of Mosaic they used. That means that each swig is like a supple stroll through the forest, with refreshing, verdant notes mingling with an earthy dankness. An orange twist accents all the woodsy hops and Sabro’s tropical creaminess smoothes it all out.

Deserved edition. HB is just so good. Sabro coconut shines, but in a creamy, balanced not annoying way. Stonefruity mosaic sweet and tropical. Delightful and smooth.
