About This Beer
The Bruery teamed up with their pals at BLVD Brewing to triple mash the base for extra richness and body. Then they aged it twice in a row in hand-selected rye whiskey barrels.
Tasting Notes
The successive maturation process imbued each medium-bodied pour with multifaceted nuances. They run the gamut from notes of molasses and chocolate-covered raisins to the juicy tones of the amarena cherry in an Old Fashioned. Caramelized accents of oaky vanilla and medjool dates provide sweetness, underlaid by an earthy savor akin to leather.
