About This Beer
The heralded crew at The Bruery has crafted a horchata-inspired Blonde with cinnamon, rice, vanilla, and lactose. Or Xata captures the mildly sweet yet crisply fresh flavors of the classic treat while remaining refreshing enough to quench your thirst!
Tasting Notes
Dusky baking spices burst from every gulp, soaked up by bready malts and creamy milk sugar. The smooth quaff is punctuated by a healthy bit of carbonation that fizzles underneath bright notes of honey and lemon rind. Cinnamon swirls past your palate on the finish, leaving your sweet tooth satisfied with the essence of rice pudding.

What’s not to love about this beer. Easy drinking, great flavors. Not too sweet, similar to a cream ale. Could easily have more than one.

Crisp, not heavy on the flavoring, but very refreshing

Slightly sweet, creamy, and surprisingly mellow. Little bit of vanilla with maybe just a hint of cinnamon. Not a ton of complexity or dimension, but not bad. Thick, sweet syrupy finish.
