About This Beer
For this refresher, the P3 crew dry hopped the brew with Saphir for all the herbal tones you’d expect in a crispy boi. But they used oat in the base for additional richness and a gorgeously silky mouthfeel.
Tasting Notes
Floral aromas perfume the air with each golden pour. On the velvety sip, nuances of crackly baguette and a spritz of lemon flow into notes of oat and honey. Wafts of wildflower and grass carry before a clean, snappy finish.

Strong spicy/herbal Saphir hop character with some definite grainy aspects. Lightly smooth from the oats.
