About This Beer
I totally understand if you want to hog every last drop of the foeder-aged stunner for yourself. Especially since the Heist crew finished it on 200 lbs per barrel of Balaton and Montmorency Cherries!
Tasting Notes
The sip starts out with a bright tang, exciting the palate before layers of jammy stone fruit nuances cascade onto the palate. Imagine your favorite cherry pie filling with a bit of bready malts underneath, and you’ve got a pretty good idea of what’s in store.

it might just be me, but mine tasted like the bad kind of cherry medicine and was hard to keep on drinking.

really good. aroma is vinous, hay, and funk but the taste is just tart cherry juice with some oak. giving off Belgian Red vibes. fantastic. would buy again for sure

I love the taste. Could seriously drink this all day. However it does this weird thing where it fizzes in my mouth every time I try to take a sip. Very annoying to drink. 😆
