They chat about science, art, and the Wu Tang Clan, of course. And, all of the Philosophies & Hypotheses sparked from this deep convo lead to an innovative new Double Dry Hopped Imperial IPA!

The brewing duo won’t tell us the secret details of their new whirlpool and dry hop techniques. All they’ll reveal is that their experiment was a victory. They tested these methods with Mosaic, Vic Secret, and Strata Hops and created some bright mango, zesty orange, candied lemon, and tangy pineapple flavors!

If the true measure of success is whether or not you can taste the bold 8.3% ABV, then this brew passes with flying colors — it’s impeccably smooth — all juice, no boozy aftertaste. 

This science experiment of a juice volcano is truly a work of art that we bet even Method Man would get down with.
