To craft their latest Puff Tart XL Fruited Sour, the brewers at the Brewing Projekt used heaps of real pineapple, guava, and passion fruit, alongside signature additions of vanilla, and marshmallow.

Tasting Notes

Thanks to additions of pineapple, passionfruit, and guava, each sip of Puff Tart XL tastes like you’re sippin’ on a spiked can of melted, tangy-tart soft serve ice cream. The guava is subtly sweet at the beginning of the sip, flowing effortlessly into whispers of lip-puckering pineapple. Marshmallow and vanilla provide a silky soft mouthfeel.

sweet and fruity as you drink but leaves behind this rank alcohol taste afterward that's reminiscent of a badly mixed cocktail. it is 8% abv so maybe that's why, but I wouldn't expect it to be so noticeable.
