To craft Punch Brook, the Saison specialists at Oxbow brewed a refreshing, unfiltered Lager for breadier flavor. Then, in a surprising twist, they introduced their house cultures, imbuing the Ale with a delectable Farmhouse sourness!

Finally, they aged the Lager on ripe, red raspberries for a sweet, bramble contrast to the tangy flavor introduced by the cultures. 

The result is as exquisitely complex as it is revitalizing! Every ruby pour produces a delicate rose pink head that brims with berry aromas, complimented by floral notes and Farmhouse funk. Vibrant fruit flavors swim through a lime-like acidity, mellowing to a soft, floral breadiness before a lingering tart berry finish.
