A Note on This Beer
TriceraHops: Mosaic, Sabro, and Simcoe Hops bring layers of complexity to this prehistoric party. Ferocious Flavors: Ripe mango and papaya upfront, flow into bursting grapefruit, and end in softly bitter floral notes. Mesozoic Mouthfeel: Tropically lush and pillowy.
If you’ve never seen the ‘90s sitcom, Dinosaurs, it was basically The Simpsons but with anthropomorphic lizard puppets. It wasn’t accurate in any historical or scientific sense, and the baby dino was pretty much a large toad with an attitude, but it did make headlines as “the most expensive half-hour TV show” of its time.
Thanks to folks at The Brewing Projekt, we now have a much better way to remember the dinosaurs!
It’s called Rawr: Triceratops, and it’s a big ‘n bold Hazy IPA. Those Wisconsin hop pros packed it with so much quenching flavor, it’d chill out even the most ferocious dino – though it’ll also help you kick back after a long day.
Even the most hardcore herbivore dinos couldn’t get tropical flavors this bright and complex! And neither can most craft fans, it turns out, because The Brewing Projekt’s juicy creations rarely leave the Midwest.
So, grab a few cans of this 7.32% ABV quencher, and get settled in front of the TV.
And in lieu of old Dinosaurs reruns, I suggest watching Jurassic Park 2 (The Lost World). It’s Jeff Goldblum all the way, and even though they wind up in San Diego for some reason, the dinos actually look like dinos.
