The last time I tried The Brewing Projekt’s Puff Tart series, I praised them for practically inventing a new style of Sour. 

Now, it appears they’re also inventing their own flavors. 

Seriously, just look at today’s fruity and succulent, marshmallow-fluffy Razzpazzuava Puff Tart. 

“What the blazes is ‘Razzpazzuava’,” you ask? 

Well, according to The Brewing Projekt, it’s part raspberry, part passionfruit, and part guava. Only, it's more deliciously complex than that. They stuff this one full of real fruit AND they make it smooth and silky with doses of milk sugar and marshmallow! 

One sip, and you’ll wish Razzpazzuava grew on trees everywhere! 

But right now, this tropical marshmallow treat isn’t seen outside of the Midwest, except on Tavour. And seeing as The Brewing Projekt is one of Food & Wine’s 19 Craft Breweries Worth Going Out of Your Way For, it won’t be long before Midwestern Sour seekers harvest every last can.
