About This Beer
When I crack a can of this ice-cold quencher, zesty bliss comes pouring out. The Brewing Projekt packed each delectable sip with hefty additions of mandarin orange, vanilla, and lactose on top of a Citra and Mosaic hopped base.
Tasting Notes
The first taste is straight-up OJ, leading into hoppy notes of pineapple, mango, and grapefruit. Then you get to the creamy core, where silky-smooth hits of vanilla take you through to the finish.

Not a bad tasting beer, just tastes nothing like a creamsicle.

Well, the name doesn’t lie. Absolutely tastes like a creamsicle, but a little too sweet for me.

This tastes like straight up melted orange sherbet, with some bitterness on the finish. There must be a ton of lactose cause it tastes like ice cream, and I'm here for it.

Exactly as advertised. Surprising how well the hops blend with the orange creamsicle flavor

Smooth mouth feel that folds into notes of whipped cream and vanilla and melts into a fresh orange juice wave. Pretty solid milkshake ipa yet again by these guys.

It tastes like orange sherbet, yuck. It’s not for me.

Slap of hops, then a creamy delicious orange cream pop at the end.

Super citrusy and very hazy! Can definitely smell and tase the orange but not so much the vanilla. There is a slight bite from the hops but they’re fairly mellow and the lactose makes it nice and creamy. Overall a splendid milkshake IPA.

Literally nothing wrong with one. Perfect representation of an orange creamcicle. Sweet at first with a zesty finish.

A rarified perfection is exactly what this is! So many adjectives come to mind when you taste it, but none can do it justice. So dreamy is this creamsicle IPA. Perfectly sweet, savory, and tangy. Wish I would have bought more of them.

Went in knowing that I wasn’t a huge fan of IPAs, citrus and lactose helped soften hoppiness. Overall a good beer, but not my cup of tea.

Smooth, tasty and full of flavor. Like the milkshake approach to this beer

Very citrusy not a lot of cream flavor good amount of not very bitter for an ipa but very tasty

This tasted like orange with a slight dank on the back end finish. I thought it would have been a little thicker being a milkshake ipa but very solid from start to finish. Would love to see this done on a Nitro to bring out a more velvet profile
4.75
This is super fucking great

I’ve grown away from IPAs in recent years but this is a fantastic beer! Very well balanced, perfectly sweet. Very good!
4.5
Very good. You definitely taste the IPA, but it has a very strong orange soda kind of taste to balance it out.
4.5
First “creamsicle” beer ive ordered that actually tastes like one
3.25
At first the tangerine was. Bit strong but then the other flavors came through and provided balance. Definitely an alcoholic creamsicle flavor
4.25
Nice orange and cream aroma and flavor but just shy of a melted creamsicle. All in all smooth and yummy!

The only beers I don’t absolutely love from Brewing Projekt so far are the Resist ones. They’re just ok. The fruit flavors don’t come through as much as I’d like, but it’s good.

creamsicle flavors on fleek.
