Today’s Double IPA is from one of the Best New Breweries of 2019, according to USA Today. Cinderlands Beer Co. earned this praise by crafting extra smooth brews like Saunter Through. 

There are a ton of options available when it comes to IPAs, but the crew at Cinderlands offers an easy choice. Using 100% Mosaic Hops, you get a citrus-berry punch without any other hop notes to cloud up the flavor. It’s the sort of beer that you can share with IPA-newbies, thanks to its juice-forwardness and minimal bitterness. 

My IPA-wary friends were skeptical when I insisted this was a DIPA they would actually like. But then, I showed them what folks were saying on Untappd:
