The Brewing Projekt wrapped the titular fruits in cozy layers of cinnamon and graham cracker flavors, then topped them with a ribbon of lactose for an à la mode impression.
Tasting Notes
Throughout the creamy body, juicy brambleberries and tangy rhubarb tango together, creating a lush, tart refresher with a whisper of cookie crust. Thick swigs go down easy, leaving little trace of the 7.9% ABV.
