The brewmasters at Heist matured the richly fudgy base of this barrel-aged brew in Heaven Hill bourbon casks, lending it notes of woody vanilla and whiskey spice. Then they conditioned it on toasted and raw coconut, toasted almonds, and cacao nibs for a smoothly nutty confection.
Tasting Notes
