About This Beer

The clever Minnesota crew started by brewing a Lager with a smidge of smoked wheat malt for a bit of campfire flavor. Then, they added Ghana cocoa nibs, graham crackers, and plush marshmallows for the rich, gooey taste of a s’more. A bit of milk sugar and Madagascar vanilla beans keeps this sweet snack smooth and creamy.

Tasting Notes

Currents of delicious graham and melty marshmallow flow into swells of hot cocoa and toasted meringue before diving into a deep, roasty note. Ripples of crème brûlée carry on the end before a delicate, chocolate dusted conclusion.
