About This Beer
The brewers took their silky, chocolatey Stout base, and aged it in bourbon barrels with plenty of real coffee!
Tasting Notes
Chocolate hits your nose first, before your senses are whirled up with espresso aromas like a coffee-fudge soft-serve swirl. Notes of caramelly Bourbon and oaky vanilla from barrel aging glide in on the finish, totally obscuring the mountainous 12.5% ABV.

I simply am not a huge fan of coffee based beer, this one was nicer than a previous one I had, but again if you enjoy a heavy coffee based beer than you’re in luck with this one.

Still the best of the Copper Kettles. Good coffee notes with the nice chocolate malts. Stout base supports it all.
