About This Beer
This bold, luxurious bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout is just made for sipping fireside while a blizzard rages outside the window. It’s like the last sip of hot chocolate with all the melted whipped cream, except it comes with a belly-warming 12.9% ABV!
Tasting Notes
The rich, roasty body brings a flood of bold mocha flavor in every drop, while ribbons of silky Tahitian vanilla make for a creamy-smooth finish. And it’s all dripping with whiskey caramel notes thanks to bourbon barrel aging.

It’s just ok. I’ve had a few other flavors in the Snowed In series that had more complexity to them. This one lacks a bit in that regard.

very bourbon up front but the vanilla finishes it off nicely, a little more oatmeal to smooth it out would be nice but over all solid brew

wasn’t sure how is this would go ~ love the reg Snowed In ~ Cherry Snowed In was different ~ this seems bland and mild ~ nice warmth from the ABV but didn’t taste the vanilla

SO. MUCH. BETTER. Than the Snowed In Cherry. Thank God. The sweetness. The richness. The thickness. Mmm. Very grateful for the vanilla bringing this one home.
