The brewery made Something So Sincere to celebrate their 5th anniversary. They went all out, digging into their recipe book to bring new life to a special collab they did with Modern Times three years ago.

For this innovative rendition, they used bittersweet cocoa nibs, cinnamon spice, creamy vanilla, and a dash of sea salt to make the flavors really pop!

NOTHING like a churro! Too much sea salt and over powers it all, nose and flavors. Once again nothing like nor close to a churro.

Overall an okay stout. I don't really get the cinnamon, its very subtle. Tons of bitter chocolate and very "oily", lots of mouthfeel. I was expecting something else when I read churro.

Not much of a “churro” taste but still an enjoyable stout. I liked that the cinnamon didn’t overpower the stout like others I have tasted.

Love it. Goes down smooth. Cinnamon is not too overpowering. Perfectly balanced.

Wow! This is a sweet one! Almost became too sweet towards the end, but still very delicious. The cinnamon is definitely present but not over powering. They weren't kidding about the fudge either.. It's slightly thicker than other pastry stouts as well, probably because of all that chocolate. Only regret here is I didn't get a 2nd can.

I really enjoyed this one, but it's not screaming churro to me. There should be way more cinnamon. There is a ton of chocolate, though, which overwhelms it. Nice thickness, as well.
