About This Beer
The brewers started with a long boil of their base Stout to develop decadent malty flavors. Then they added an impressive pile of pistachios and layered in honey and cacao nibs before taking it all to the next level by folding in a dose of actual cake mix.
Tasting Notes
The crew at EQ describe it as “a pistachio Snickers bar,” and “liquid frosted chocolate cake meets honey baklava.” Look for big fudgy flavors careening through swirls of earthy nuttiness with a long, velvety finish.

solid mouthfeel, nice roast flavor. subtle hints of cake in the back end. get more of the bitterness of the pistachio than actual pistachio flavor.
