About This Beer
The brewers sent this Stacks Reserve variant through two stages of bourbon barrel and maple syrup barrel aging, infusing each sip with sweet, sublime cask character.
Tasting Notes
You may notice this bad boy comes with a HUGE ABV, but if I know anything about The Bruery, it’s gonna go down smoother than silk. With additions of cacao nibs and banana, we expect this bad boy to taste like a short stack of syrup-drenched, ‘nana stuffed, chocolate chip flapjacks, with just a kiss of warming whiskey hinting at the booze.
