A Note on This Beer
There’s a French bakery around the corner from my house. Every morning, the pungent scents of cinnamon and sugar waft from its windows, teasing me with sweet temptation.
Try as I might, I can’t resist their giant pecan and caramel-drizzled cinnamon rolls. One bite is pure nirvana!
So, when The Brewing Projekt released their new Sticky Icky Imperial Stout, I knew its dessert-inspired deliciousness was right up my alley!
Those craft confectioners stuffed this sumptuous sipper with butter pecans, salted caramel, cinnamon, and milk sugar. Crack open the can, and treat yourself to the scent of freshly brewed coffee with caramel syrup. Take a sip, and envelop your tongue in notes of ooey-gooey sticky buns with dark chocolate filling, drizzled with toffee and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
To top it off, this brew’s got one thing my favorite rolls don’t — an 11.1% ABV!
I can’t wait to pour it into a glass after dinner, then dive headfirst into its decadent depths! But, since The Brewing Projekt’s bodacious sippers rarely leave the midwest, I’m hoppin’ on it quicker than you can say order up!
