About This Beer
Equilibrium head brewer Pete Oates does have a Ph.D. from MIT, so I wouldn’t be surprised if he and his crack team of haze experts used literal rocket science to craft this one. But, according to them, they started with a pillowy base of oat and wheat. Then they hit it with Strata Hops and a bit of Citra for some out of this world nectar.
Tasting Notes
Every sip blasts off with nuances of strawberry, tangerine, and melon. Verdant notes of cannabis and pine are a friendly reminder of the earth you left behind before arriving at nebulas of ruby grapefruit and guava on the finish.

makes no effort to hide its origin. it's a strong ipa through and through. light citrus notes hidden by a strong bitter front that fades to an almost sweet end.

Fairly dank hop aroma and flavor but was hoping for more from Strata. Good balance with light bitterness. Medium to light bodied for 8.5%. 🇮🇱🇺🇸 Give ‘em hell Donald !
