Actual Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal. That’s what the brewers at Equilibrium conditioned this thick, full bodied Stout on. And that’s just the beginning!

They also added pecans, maple syrup, cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla, and a touch of lactose for a ridiculously silky finish.

Tasting Notes

It tastes like a slice of maple-drizzled, cinnamon swirl coffee cake sprinkled with chopped nuts. As the flavors ease towards a thick bodied finish, it’s like they transform into chocolate-vanilla pudding, fading to a hint of malty cereal.

I found this beer to be everything promised. Very sweet as some complained of, however completely expected from the notes listed in the description. Providing that was not a surprise, this was a remarkable memory of the cereal in a smooth and well done beer!
