About This Beer
Actual Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cereal. That’s what the brewers at Equilibrium conditioned this thick, full bodied Stout on. And that’s just the beginning!
They also added pecans, maple syrup, cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla, and a touch of lactose for a ridiculously silky finish.
Tasting Notes
It tastes like a slice of maple-drizzled, cinnamon swirl coffee cake sprinkled with chopped nuts. As the flavors ease towards a thick bodied finish, it’s like they transform into chocolate-vanilla pudding, fading to a hint of malty cereal.
In other words, this beer is a mélange of breakfast-y decadence with an 11% ABV.

very thick pour. it’s a very smooth imperial stout. I do get good hints of cinnamon, vanilla and the maple syrup.

I really enjoyed this stout. Wish it had a bit more of the sweeter flavor but overall solid

exceptional beer.

So close to perfect. Complex and reminiscent of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, but sickeningly
sweet. I couldn’t finish the bottle.

Way too sweet. I might as well drank chocolate syrup out of the jug. And very expensive lesson learned

Deeeelish!

Very tasty but as others have said, wouldn’t do more than 6oz next time. Very very sweet.

I found this beer to be everything promised. Very sweet as some complained of, however completely expected from the notes listed in the description. Providing that was not a surprise, this was a remarkable memory of the cereal in a smooth and well done beer!

Tastes just like Cinnamon Toast Crunch in a beer. Solid pastry stout 🔥🔥🔥

wasn’t… exactly what I was expecting. it’s thick and very dark, but I wouldn’t say my favorite or Cinnamon Toast Crunch

Sweet, dark and viscous; akin to sipping Grade A maple syrup straight from the bottle. Mild ‘spice’ iconic of ground Ceylon cinnamon evident in the finish, generously paired with the ‘earthy’ nuttiness of dry roasted pecans, and fluffy French toast.

Ah-frickin-mazing

Good strong cinnamon notes at the start. Maple syrup and lactose provide sweetness but is balanced by the stout base.
