About This Beer
The Heist crew started with a rich base aged in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. Then they conditioned it on juicy blueberries, sticky maple syrup, and mountains of waffles from their friends at Sweet Crunch Waffles in Charlotte, NC.
Tasting Notes
I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a Stout actually conditioned on waffles. But that’s what the clever crew at Heist did for Systematic Mayhem, and it tastes EXACTLY like blueberry waffles drizzled in bourbon maple!

This was reeeeal boozy! You definitely get hit by the blueberry and maple syrup especially, rounded out by the flavor notes of the bourbon barrel. Big. Oof.
