About This Beer

Remember how when Jimmy Neutron would have an epiphany, he’d get super excited, start shaking, and scream BRAIN BLAST!?

I like to imagine something similar happened when the Phase Three crew came up with today’s TDH Triple Mindspark. I mean, c’mon, taking their fan-favorite Hazy and amping up the flavors with a hulking triple dry hopping of Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo Hops is just such a genius idea!

Tasting Notes

Each sip is like a rocket ship of fruity hoppy flavor! Notes of pineapple and candied citrus ripple into grassy pine resin and grapefruit pith nuances, totally obscuring the bold 10% ABV. Plus, additions of oats make for an absurdly soft mouthfeel that goes down smoother than silk!

Prominent citrus rind. Easy drinker. Solid, but feels like it would be better a little fresher. Not nearly as dark as the photo—which is a good thing. Would really like to try this at the brewery.

Berry, citrusy aromas. Incredibly soft mouthfeel with surprisingly low bitterness given TDH. Notes of papaya, berry, and pineapple with some hop resin on the finish. Fantastic.
