About This Beer
For Tie XI, the barrel-aging masters at Monday Night started with a whopping eight different base beers including Stouts, Quads, Browns, Barleywines, and Dopplebocks. They aged those beers in a staggering 25 different spirit barrels before blending them into a complex symphony of barrel nuance.
Finally, the crew incorporated Brazilian Amburana Wood for unique notes of creme anglaise and spiced oak before rounding it all out with Madagascar Vanilla.
Tasting Notes
Every sensationally silky sip brims with rich caramel mocha, creme brûlée, and opulent wood spice. Each new quaff invites new intricacies to the forefront — chocolate covered raisins, bourbon-soaked dates, and dark cherry cordial. And it’s all dangerously drinkable in spite of a bold 12.5% ABV.

The stars on this are dizzying... 25 different spirit bottles and 8 different base beers?! It somehow works into a smooth concoction that's on then sweeter side. Strong caramel and chocolate vibes. Hints of dark fruit.
