But today’s sublime DIPA is so good it’s got me singing — and who cares if I couldn’t actually remember all the words. To make it, the brilliant brewers at Beer Tree loaded this rockstar up with copious amounts of Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic Incognito, and Rakau Hops.
