A Note on This Beer
According to Time Magazine, everyone should try “forest bathing” at least once. Apparently, “simply being in nature, connecting with it through our senses of sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch” is super revitalizing.
That sounds nice, but I'd rather treat my senses with an expertly crafted beer! And fortunately, Turning Point's new You, Nature, Trees IPA channels a similar experience to "forest bathing":
See the beautifully hazy pour, opaque and lush!
Hear the gentle suds settling into a foamy head, prime for sipping (not to mention the sounds of your friends going “ooh what’s that? Can I have some?”).
Taste rippling currents of OJ, ruby red grapefruit, and stone fruit flavors from dry hopping with Citra, Idaho 7, and Chinook! Let the brew linger, and breezes of dewy pine and earthy black tea float in around the finish.
Smell bright aromas of fresh-cut citrus and lemongrass as you sip, enveloping your senses in this multidimensional hopbomb.
Touch the glass to your lips and repeat! Just not too fast — the brew packs a sneaky 9.1% ABV!
You might want to clear the weekend — it’s time to relax and escape with just You, Nature, Trees.
Thrillist calls Turning Point “a force to be reckoned with!”
