While the Fargo team won’t divulge just how much Citra, Mosaic, and Ella Hops went into this beast, one thing’s for sure – it’s as big and smooth as the Loch Ness Monster wearing a silk kimono.
Tasting Notes
Citrusy aromas swirl atop a pillowy head with bold mango and melon flavors. A cushy and juicy body elevates the fruit notes thanks to additions of oats and spelt, complete with a crazy smooth finish, with a hint of resinous pine.

Fruity is an understatement. It’s almost too much, almost too sweet. Medium heavy mouth feel, with a slightly cannabis finish. The carbonation is light with fine bubble texture, didn’t produce a strong head, but left decent legs on the ground. A solid DIPA.

Solid Double IPA. Hops are muddled overall. The malt is doughy and very spelt forward which gums up the flavor and aroma. Rich and tasty but just ok.

Delicious! I can taste the passion fruit with the grapefruit at the end. Drekker Brewing is one of my favorite breweries on Tavour. Anytime I see any beer from Drekker I jump on it.
