About This Brewery
Burgh’ers started out way back in 2010 as, arguably, the best burger joint in Pittsburgh. Hence the delightfully punny name. After years of slinging patties, head chef Fiore Moletz realized that his restaurant was missing seriously great beer to go with his killer burgers. So in 2017, he partnered with his buddy Neil Glauser, a military avionics engineer-turned-brewer.
They’ve been creating delicious brews ever since, with an emphasis on traditional styles like Knock if ya Bock Doppelbock and Oat Black Water Oatmeal Stout. The brewery’s new school Hazies like Hipstertone also pack in the fans.
