Structures Brewing is an unassuming little spot in the small town of Bellingham, Washington, way up by the Canadian border. They have a cozy taproom in a quaint brick building, and a lot of the brewery is cobbled together from old dairy equipment. Don’t be fooled — this crew is cranking out some spectacular beer! Their Isolation Farmhouse Saison was one of Craft Beer & Brewing’s Beers of the Year. They called it ‘a triumph of balance!’ But farmhouse styles aren’t all you’ll find here. Fans also flock to Structures for Hazy IPAs like Fuzz, and crisp yet rustic Lagers like Plainsman.
