When Plan Bee Farm Brewery first started, the only way to get their Wild Ales outside of their farm was at farmers markets around New York. It didn’t take long for word to spread about their creative, spontaneously fermented Sours Ales like Plan Bee Pickle (Farmstand Ale), their 100% NY ingredient-infused, coolship-cooled Barn Beer, and Tulsi Blue Wild Ale, aged in oak on blueberries and holy basil. Plan Bee’s mission is to brew 100% New York state beer — so far, mission accomplished! Hype: Draft Magazine included Plan Bee as one of their “5 Awesome Beer Day Trips from Coast to Coast.”
